The MicRec PM recording and management company is proud to announce a new album by Lauris Reiniks, “Nakts Veikal\u0101” (Night at the Store), featuring 17 new songs composed by Lauris, including two in English. There are two music videos and a special video from the TV3 hit “Dancing With the Stars”, which Lauris won in 2007.
\n“Nakts Veikal\u0101” supports the best traditions of pop music, although some of the tracks are more in the style of pop rock and R&B.<\/p>\n
“This is my fifth studio album,” says Lauris. “I was just five years old when I appeared on television for the first time, and so ‘five’ is an anniversary number for me. My producers and I tried to produce a colourful, emotional and very lively album. I think we did a good job.”<\/p>\n
The album will be available at all music stores in Latvia on May 18.<\/p>\n

Lauris Reiniks right now is working on a new motion picture for the Kaupo film studio, “Dancis pa trim” (“A Dance for Three”). He is playing Edvards, a Latvian soldier during the latter stages of World War II. The movie is scheduled for release in 2009.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
